What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted resource customers rely on for guidance, support, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, payments, and coverage updates.
- Explain insurance products, policy features, and claims processes in an easy-to-understand way.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the protection that fits their needs.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and discounts that benefit customers.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, professional, and people-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology.
- Team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
