What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Insurance Representative, you'll work with both prospective and existing customers to provide personalized insurance solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
- Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend customized insurance solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Assist existing clients with policy reviews, coverage changes, and account servicing.
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to better protect customers and strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Meet or exceed individual sales and customer service goals.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Previous sales experience in retail, banking, automotive, telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience.
- Life Insurance License is a plus.
Don't have an insurance license? That's okay! We're happy to consider candidates with strong sales experience who are willing to obtain their insurance license with our support.
