Position Overview:
A leading GEICO Local agency is a seeking motivated, coachable Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team and kickstart their successful insurance career! As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will educate potential customers about insurance needs and benefits, help maintain strong client relationships, and support the day-to-day operations of the agency. Responsibilities:

Engage with the community and local business to prospect new clients
Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage
Provide excellent service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Help customers review their insurance needs and identify appropriate coverage options
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience and prospecting experience preferred
A "hunter" mentality with eagerness to grow a successful career
Customer service experience preferred
Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills
Comfortable learning new systems and technology
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team-focused environment

Qualifications:

Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses upon hire (if not already licensed)
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
