What You'll Do
As an Account Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for both new and existing customers. You'll help maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional service, and identify opportunities to better protect customers through GEICO's insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, coverage reviews, and account maintenance.
- Educate customers about insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for additional protection and coverage.
- Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals, service requests, and account updates.
- Generate and nurture leads through referrals, customer interactions, and agency marketing efforts.
- Support customer retention by delivering a positive and personalized experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency and individual performance goals.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
- Previous insurance agency experience is highly valued.
- Experience in customer service, sales, banking, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
